Ingredients
- 1 Genesee Cinnamon Pecan bar, crumbled
- ¾ cup full-fat Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: fresh mint to garnish
Method

Stir vanilla into the Greek yogurt.

Spoon half the yogurt into the bottom of a wide glass or jar.

Add a layer of half the berries and half the crumbled bar.

Repeat with remaining yogurt, berries, and bar crumbles.

Drizzle honey over the top.

Garnish with mint and serve immediately — or refrigerate for up to 4 hours (bar will soften slightly, becoming more fudge-like).
