Ingredients
- 1 Genesee Dark Chocolate Almond bar
- 2 shots espresso or ½ cup cold brew concentrate, chilled
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 Medjool date for sweetness
Method

Add bar pieces, espresso, coconut milk, ice, vanilla, salt, and date (if using) to a blender.

Blend on high for 45 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

Taste — add more espresso for bitterness or a splash more coconut milk to mellow.
