Keto Bison Bar Crumble

A warm, low-carb dessert that crumbles a Genesee bar over baked cinnamon apples and tops it with cold coconut cream. Under 8g net carbs when made with a tart apple.

Ingredients

  • 1 Genesee Cinnamon Pecan bar
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of monk fruit sweetener or erythritol (optional)
  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut cream (chilled)

Method

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Toss diced apples with coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener in a small baking dish.

    Bake for 18–20 minutes until apples are tender and caramelized at the edges.

    While apples bake, crumble the bar into rough pea-sized pieces.

    Remove apples from oven and scatter bar crumble over the top.

    Return to oven for 2 minutes so crumble warms through.

    Serve topped with a dollop of cold coconut cream.
