Bison Protein Smoothie Bowl
A thick, spoonable smoothie bowl anchored by a Genesee Cinnamon Pecan bar. Loads 35g protein before 8 a.m. without a scoop of chalky powder in sight.

Ingredients
- 1 Genesee Cinnamon Pecan bar, roughly chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Toppings: sliced strawberries, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, extra bar pieces
Method

Combine banana, blueberries, coconut milk, and almond butter in a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 30 seconds until thick and creamy — add a splash more coconut milk only if blender stalls.

Pour into a wide bowl; mixture should be thick enough to hold toppings.

Scatter chopped bar pieces, strawberries, cacao nibs, and shredded coconut across the top.

Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
