Ingredients

  • 1 Genesee Cinnamon Pecan bar, roughly chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Toppings: sliced strawberries, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, extra bar pieces

Method

    Combine banana, blueberries, coconut milk, and almond butter in a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high for 30 seconds until thick and creamy — add a splash more coconut milk only if blender stalls.

    Pour into a wide bowl; mixture should be thick enough to hold toppings.

    Scatter chopped bar pieces, strawberries, cacao nibs, and shredded coconut across the top.

    Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
